Spring Cloud Greenwich.SR4 发布

Spring Cloud Greenwich Release Train 的Service Release 4（SR4）现已发布。

Spring Cloud Greenwich.SR4底层依赖升级至Spring Boot 2.1.10.RELEASE

• Spring Cloud Gateway
      添加了对Spring Cloud LoadBalancer的支持

• Spring Cloud Commons

            @EnableDiscoveryClient不再需要。只需要DiscoveryClient 依赖，Spring Boot应用程序向服务发现服务器注册。

• Spring Cloud Openfeign

            升级到OpenFeign 10.4.0
            支持 Google HTTP Client
            支持 JDK Proxy (重要)

• 其他模块 bug fix
